A few weeks ago I picked up a large crock pot for under $20
Since then, I have been eager to test it out.
This time around, I made a delicious cake.
I’ve been experimenting with using the flavored yogurts that are out now. Using yogurt is a great way to sub out some sugars and add taste to a recipe.
I made a Chocolate Ganache frosting that I will share the recipe for at a later date.
Please note that my recipe was done with as little sugar as possible. Feel free to sub in the real stuff if you desire.
Crock Pot Mini Cakes
This turned out so good!
- 1/2 Cup Splenda or sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 cup Baking Mix- I use a low carb one
- 2 large- seperated Eggs
- 2/3 cup or one small container Greek Yogurt- I used an Apple Pie flavored one
Prep time: Cook time: Total time: Yield: 4-depending on size of ramekins
