I substitute Greek Yogurt in a lot of recipes that I make. Using Greek Yogurt as a base in a dip is a no-brainer for me. Greek Yogurt is said to be so healthy for us and it is a lot like many dairy products that are part of a recipe. Most folks cannot even tell that I have added Greek Yogurt to the recipe.
Yes, you don’t have to dip just veggies into a good dip like this dip.
You can dip just about any kind of appetizer or anything else that you would pair an onion dip with. Including the not so healthy items.
If you do not want to use the ranch dressing as part of this recipe, feel free to sub in more Greek Yogurt instead.
